Tricia McIntosh is a life long lover of arts and technology. She has been interested and involved with animation and video games since a young age. As a high school student she participated in many game design and animation competition and excelled in advanced fine art classes. That passion lead her to attend the Art Institute of Dallas where she majored in Media Arts and Animation. Tricia graduated at the top of her program with a Bachelors of Fine Arts in December of 2009 and has been working in the Animation/Video Game industry ever since. She has worked as a freelance artist for video games such as Dragon Age, and Mass Effect 3. As an animator she has been involved in major commercial projects, including TV Advertising for the SciFi channel. For the past three years Tricia has been working with Frisco’s youth as an art instructor. Her passion for teaching and inspiring young minds combined with her technical and artistic expertise has led her to Arts and Technology Institute. Tricia believes that Animation and Game Design Program is instrumental in developing skills necessary for the 21st century learning. Her goal is inspire students by giving them opportunities to imagine, analyze and create.
